Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and with their original label. After review, products that do not comply with these rules will be returned to you at our expense.

Return packages are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
You can exchange your product for another size or colour. It is also possible to exchange for another model at the same price. If the requested product in exchange is not available, we will refund your order.
The refund includes your order and delivery charges. It will be done on the card used during the purchase.

Returns charges are not refunded for returns outside France. You can send us directly your return package with the filled form included in your parcel at this address:
